Oil Settles At Highest Level Of The Month

Market WatchPulse -- Oil futures climbed more than 1% Thursday, as weakness in the dollar, easing worries over the euro zone and better-than-expected U.S. data combined to lift prices to their highest settlement of the month. April crude tacked on $1.13, or 1.3%, to settle at $91.56 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Natural-gas futures rallied to its highest level of the year after government data showed a larger drop in last week's supplies than expected. April natural gas rose 11 cents, or 3.2%, to end at $3.58 per million British thermal units. That was the highest settlement for a front-month contract since December, according to FactSet.

Fuel prices at the pump will not go down anytime soon with this crappy economy. Big Oil and Big Gas sells fuel and natural gas on the world market for higher prices. The US ‘oil and natural gas resources’ belong to the citizens of this country and are to be used by those same citizens! The price at the pump needs to go down to $2/gallon ----- $3, $3.50/gallon or *$4.00 is Not the new low! More Refineries are Not the answer, Stop exporting fuel is! Take care of the domestic fuel market first before exporting and selling our fuel or oil! 'Coming out of the closet' Sneeky's lousy, smoke and mirrors, lack of jobs, dog and pony show and in the crapper socialist economy, the jobs are Not here. Sneeky's socialist economy is Not improving but continues to hurt the population and the job numbers continue to be down! Drive vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high!
